FREE standard delivery for UK Mainland .

Charges to cover postage and packing on orders are detailed at the point of sale.  Our full range of shipping charges cannot be listed here as costs vary depending on the destination country and weight of the order however they are clearly detailed before payment as soon as you have registered and the  delivery address has been entered.  Orders received from non-EU countries may be subject to a Customs Charge, in this case you will be advised of the extra amount by email and be sent a direct link for payment. Your order will be sent via courier or the Post Office, if there is a possibility you will not be in to receive the parcel you may have to collect the item for the courier's depot or your local Post Office.  Kit2Fit will pay for one delivery only.  The true cost of shipping may be greater than charged at the checkout as some  products are sent direct from the distributor and therefore part of the shipping cost may included in the purchase price.

We endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days but there may be delay if new stock is awaited, if your order is urgent please telephone to check.  For standard delivery please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery to a UK mainland address and up to 21 days elsewhere.  Next Working Day delivery is available, this service and the cost associated is an option at the point of sale after registration.  If you wish to take advantage of this service your order must be placed by 12 noon and is subject to the item/s being in stock with Kit2Fit or our wholesaler. During adverse weather conditions we cannot be responsible for delivery delays by third party couriers.

We will use a courier service for all deliveries outside the UK and will provide tracking information, the customer is responsible for checking the progress of the delivery and must notify us of any problems.  If the delivery address is changed you will incur a re-routing charge, this amount will depend on the courier. N.B. Do not sign for a package as OK which has been damaged during transit, you can accept the parcel but must note on the courier receipt that the package is damaged.  The goods inside the packaging may not be damaged but in if you wish to make a claim for damage at a later date their condition on arrival must be agreed.

Please be aware that if you choose the Next Working Day Delivery option that your goods will be sent via courier.  9 times out of 10 everything goes smoothly with this option, however we cannot be responsible for delivery times/delays once the package has been handed over to the courier company.  Please make sure you place your order leaving plenty of time between ordering and when you actually need it.

If any items are missing from the order which have not been specifically mentioned in the enclosed dispatch note you may be asked to supply us with a clear image of the postage label when making any claim to enable us to verify the weight dispatched

POSTAL STRIKES

During threatened Industrial Action, we recommend customers consider opting for Next Working Day Delivery, this will ensure your order is not delayed.  Some items are always sent via courier and will not be affected and where possible this will be noted in the product details.

CHRISTMAS 2011

Last day for ordering for before Christmas dispatch is 20 December 2012, standard delivery is not guaranteed before Christmas only next working day delivery option will be guaranteed if order placed before noon.


Purchases made by customers outside the UK

A full list of the mainland countries and UK Islands we sell and ship to is listed at registration, if your country is not listed please DO NOT force the order through by registering with one of the countries in the drop-down list.  If you do place an order from a country not listed we will refund your card, however this refund will be subject to the deduction of a 5% administration charge, minimum £5.

We do not accept responsibility for checking delivery addresses, if you provide an incomplete or non-existent address and your order is mislaid by the Royal Mail or courier used we will not provide a refund unless the goods are returned to us.  If you request in this case that we attempt a recovery of the goods we reserve the right to charge the cost of recovery to the customer. We cannot guarantee successful recovery.
