Terms & Conditions of Sale
Online Shopping
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Manufacturers reserve the right to make improvements to product specifications. Where necessary we will update the website images and discription to inform our customers as soon as we are notified of changes by the manufacturer.
Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your Order, Delivery Information and Returns Procedure. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.
By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
Acceptance of your Order
Before your order is accepted, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order once it has passed through our security checks. Please supply a valid email address and telephone number where you are contactable, if we need to get in touch with you for any reason regarding your order the email address will normally be used in the first case to contact you.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Kit2Fit will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the instructions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock, see Product Availability
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
We do not accept responsibility for checking delivery addresses, if you provide an incomplete or non-existent address and your order is mislaid by the Royal Mail or courier used we will not provide a refund unless the goods are returned to us. If you request in this case that we attempt a recovery of the goods we reserve the right to charge the cost of recovery to the customer. We cannot guarantee successful recovery. We do not accept responsibility for orders mislaid by the Royal Mail if you have not notified us of non-receipt within 2 calendar months of dispatch.
Purchases made by customers outside the UK
A full list of the countries we sell and ship to is listed at registration, if your country is not listed please DO NOT force the order through by registering with one of the countries in the drop-down list. If you do place an order from a country not listed we will refund your card, however this refund will be subject to the deduction of a 5% administration charge, minimum £5.Order Cancellation

It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If this happens, please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel.
The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you to qualify for an or exchange.

Transaction Encryption & Data Storage
Once on Sagepay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data Sagepay hold is extremely secure and is regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

System Security
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.
Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
Security - Sagepay Shopper Transaction Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Payment Methods

Please note that Kit2Fit does not accept cash by post.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Product Availability
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions are only made with the customer's prior consent.
Returns Policy
You may decide to return your purchase for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this 7 day period, the cost of your order will be reimbursed in full or for exchanges the full value will be offset against any other product/s. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you together with the original product packaging (undamaged) to qualify for an exchange or refund.
If your order value was over the minimum value to qualify for free delivery we will deduct our postage and packing charges from any refund.
Returns Instructions
Please contact us at returns@kit2fit.com for details on how to return items and for the address, not all items should be returned to our address as some items are sent direct from our suppliers. You will be provided with a return form and this should be included with the parcel which should be sent using a secure method of delivery, retaining a receipt until you have received credit for your return.
You must return the goods, together with the packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
